Elias of PC & Associates holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Engineering (from Michigan State University) and has been serving the process manufacturing industries since 1992 , and has worked with 150 company locations in the USA, as well as Canada & the Caribbean.   Prior to that, there was professional work experience in the process manufacturing industries, including printing ink, coatings & flexible packaging manufacturing.

Strategic relationships with other vendors and "authorized consultants" allows us to be of service in all parts of the USA.

We are an authorized reseller of Sage PFW Process Manufacturing software, an award winning ERP software package designed specifically for the process manufacturing industries and distributors.  

Additionally, we also service customers that still run the DOS versions of BatchMaster and Platinum Accounting, as well as early versions of BatchMasterPFW & Platinum for Windows by Best.
